1. Account Registration Eligibility

- Each individual may only open one account. Owning more than one account is treated as fraud and will result in account suspension without a refund.
- Accounts must be registered with accurate personal information. If false information is found, kpz999 may immediately suspend the account and forfeit any remaining balance.
- Players must use this website personally and may not play on behalf of any third party.
1.1 Identity Verification
kpz999 may request verification of the personal information provided by the player at any time, without prior notice. Personal ID documents may be requested at the time of a withdrawal request or at any time kpz999 considers appropriate. If documents cannot be provided within the specified period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
2. Account Management and Security
Players must keep their account login details (username/password) secure. Sharing your password or allowing any third party to access your personal account is not permitted.
2.1 Unauthorised Access
If you notice that a third party has accessed your account without your permission, you must inform kpz999 via Live Chat immediately. kpz999 will not be responsible for any losses that occur without your own awareness.
2.2 Account Closure
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this through Customer Support. kpz999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons—
- Engaging in conduct that does not comply with these terms and conditions
- Suspected use of fraudulent methods (fraud, collusion, bonus abuse)
- Detected involvement in money laundering activities
- Detected exploitation of a software bug for profit
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at kpz999 is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted. Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
If any issue arises after making a deposit, please send a screenshot of the transfer receipt via Live Chat. A deposit transaction cannot be reversed once processed — so please double-check all details one last time before submitting.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. The following conditions must be met before withdrawing—
- Players must withdraw using the same method they used to deposit.
- The wagering requirement set for earnings from any bonus received must be fully met before withdrawing.
- Withdrawals normally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Delays beyond this may occur due to bank server downtime or technical reasons.
- Third-party bank accounts cannot be used for withdrawals — transfers must be made to a bank account in the same name as the player's account.
3.3 Financial Verification
If kpz999 detects a large withdrawal or unusual spending pattern, they may request personal ID verification. The withdrawal will be placed on hold until the verification is complete, but the funds will remain in the player's balance.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at kpz999 can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks on their first deposit. The bonus is added to the balance immediately.
To withdraw earnings from the bonus, the wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 20—
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks to withdraw bonus earnings
- Deposit 620,000 Ks → bonus 300,000 Ks → balance 920,000 Ks → wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks to withdraw bonus earnings
4.2 Bonus Abuse Policy
Attempting to obtain a bonus improperly, or playing with low-risk strategies (hedging, low-risk betting patterns) with the intention of meeting the wagering requirement, is not permitted on this platform. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related earnings may be voided.
Full terms for each individual bonus are clearly stated on the promotions page. Bonuses cannot be combined — only one bonus can be used at a time.
4.3 Excluded Games
kpz999 may designate certain game types that do not count in full toward meeting the bonus wagering requirement. Those restrictions can be viewed on the promotions page. If you do not agree to a bonus, you may contact Customer Support within 24 hours of depositing to have the bonus removed.
5. VIP Levels and Cashback Terms
kpz999's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up levels based on their play activity—
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2% per week
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4% per week
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6% per week
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8% per week
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0% per week
Cashback is paid once a week. The amount paid is based on valid bets placed during that period, and kpz999's decision is final. Cashback can be withdrawn without any additional wagering requirement.
6. Game Rules
6.1 Game Results
Game results are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), so no player can manipulate or falsify outcomes. kpz999 reserves the right to review and correct any results or funds arising from a software malfunction (game glitch).
6.2 Unfair Play
Cheating, playing with robots/bots, and collusion (cooperating with another player to gain an unfair advantage) are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, kpz999 will review all related transactions and may void the account balance.
6.3 Technical Failures
If a game session is interrupted due to technical issues such as internet disconnection or server downtime, kpz999 will resolve the problem as quickly as possible but will not be liable for any losses — players should take extra care regarding issues that occur on their own end.
7. Responsible Gaming Obligations
